, 3 islands just laying at the forehead of city. the project consisted of multi-purpose residential, commercial, beach club, villas, kids areas, restaurants, admin building, business, shopping centers and recreational areas.


files include the following :
1- 3ds max 2020 file including overall model (city + project).
2- fbx model for the whole city.
3- lumion file with all cameras set ( still images + animations ) lighting included.
