The file contains the 3D model and textures. No lighting presets are included. 
A ZIP file with renders in PNG format (with alpha transparency) is also provided.

The model is exported both as individual objects and as a combined object. 
It includes a non-overlapping UV map, and the polygons in the model are tris-quads.
